This was the perfect conclusion to a spectacular series. It was so satisfying to spend the first part of the book focusing on Thomas's and Audrey's relationship as the main plot in comparison to the other books. However, I also couldn't wait for the mystery to take the steering wheel and it was quite the satisfactory ending we deserved. All the loose ends were tied up and any plot holes filled. I wish the story could carry on but I am content with the ending and cannot wait to read more of Kerri Maniscalco's work.

Capturing the Devil is the exhilarating conclusion to the Stalking Jack the Ripper series. Wadsworth and Cresswell find themselves in America, first New York and then Chicago, as they hunt for the real Jack the Ripper. It seems that around every corner is another murder, each more gruesome than the next. Each victim also is one step closer to Audrey Rose than the last as well. With her life on the line, Audrey Rose must put the puzzle pieces of the murders together before it’s too late….for her.
This was my favorite of the series because of the strong character development of each main character. Wadsworth and Cresswell are not only exploring America, but each other, adding for just the right amount of spice.
My heart truly stuttered several times with anxiety due to the well written plot and Maniscalco’s delivery. I really am sad to see this series come to a close.

A wonderful ending to an amazing series. Finishing this book and series was bittersweet since I came to the end of Audrey Rose and Thomas's adventures and I adored every minute of them. There were so many exciting twists and turns not just within this book but within the series itself. The murder mystery and romance between Audrey Rose and Thomas equally capture your attention.
