Once again TL Swan has given us another swoon worthy man to drool over and wish he was ours!
He’s older, he’s gorgeous and he’s a player.
So when the beautiful sweet and innocent Lady Charlotte crosses his path - challenge accepted!

We go on a ride of passion, heartbreak and sizzling moments that will leave you wanting more!

On a bonus she has a good friend that has a great name so bonus points for that!!!
#Sheridanforthewin!

But seriously this lady and her books just get better and better!!! I’m in awe of her creativity and writing skills ❤️❤️

Starts off great but then the FMC becomes annoying and unbearable to follow as the book progresses

Me encanto! Literal lo comí en un día. Como todos los libros de T L Swan nunca decepcionan! No se porque en todos sus libros siempre tengo un nudo en la garganta. Conecto demasiado con estos libros que los problemas realmente me afectan

I enjoyed this story. I thought it was sweet and sexy at times. It took me a little time to get into the story, but once I did, I was definitely in it and hooked. I thought the main characters couldn't be more different, but they really worked together. I liked their chemistry. This was definitely a book that left me smiling after reading. I can't wait to see what T.L. Swan writes next.

Mr. Jones is a Softie

This is my first time reading a book from this author and this one was highly recommended from booktok. Here are my thoughts:

Pros: I loved that Charlotte gave Spence a run for his money and didn’t immediately get into bed with him. Though she was sheltered, she stood up for herself when it came to him. He might be the first person she stood up to. Spence stepped aside and watched her come into her own with a little encouragement. Spence was down for her from the second date and he was consistent. I really loved that he had flaws and had a little dark side when in the bedroom. It was all realistic. I didn’t read Masters’ book but I loved that he and Bree were in this one. I’ll definitely read Sebastian’s story.

Cons: Sheridan was American but her dialogue wasn’t American. There were some instances where the tense changed. Some words were missing in sentences and some words were misspelled. I would have DNF’d but I was invested in the plot and wanted where their relationship was going to go. A lot fluff and repetition that I skipped over.

I recommend but not my cons before you do.

The start was slow. It felt like it took 1/4 of the book to even really get into the meat of the book, but once I did, I was hooked. The ending was too abrupt for me. I would have preferred to have more after the turmoil, but I’m a romantic!
