Someone come fan me because that was hot! The perfect short read that had me captivated! I actually wanted more of this story and to know what will come next for these two!

This story was perfect! It had just the right amount of awkward tension, loads of steamy innuendo and who doesn't love a good step brother story? Especially when said step brother is a hockey goalie? My biggest complaint is that this story wasn't longer. I loved these two and their parents. I definitely had a few good laughs. Jason Clarke's solo narration was extremely engaging the more I listen to books he narrates the more delicious I find his voice. This book is part of a series but can easily be read as a stand alone and at less then 1.25 hours, what are you waiting for?

I have to say this is one of the most naughty and hilarious quick reads from Kendall Ryan that I have ever had the pleasure to read! I laughed at how awkward things got at one point and I had to fan myself because of how sizzling it got! I love reading this from Morgan’s point of view while Isla gives him a run for his money. It is short and sexy and everything you need to pack a quick punch! And on a total sidenote, DO NOT READ THIS BOOK IN PUBLIC! I made the mistake and it was so awkward with people wanting to know what I was reading LMAO!!!!! But trust me, so worth it!

Hot Jocks? I'll say, because this novelette in the Hot Jocks series from author Kendall Ryan pretty much jumps right to the scorching hot stuff. Semi-taboo and off the charts steam, THE BEDROOM EXPERIMENT doesn't waste any time bringing Morgan and Isla together.
I didn't dislike the book, but I do wish that we'd gotten to know more about the characters, and to see them in situations other than in bed with each other. Because the rest of their relationship is developed off the page, so to speak, it's harder to get a read on what they have in common besides an attraction to each other.
I've really enjoyed this series as a whole, and, while this was not my favorite of the books, it's fine as a short and sexy interlude. I would not mind at all getting to know more about Morgan as a part of the team, and am looking forward to rounding out the series with DOWN AND DIRTY, the next and final book.

Morgan and Isla were fun. It's a short story so it's an instant attraction. And while I believed it, this one left me wanting more. I really wanted to see how they would work it out and the build up of their story, which wasn't really there as it's a novella.
That said, I liked it. It was fun, short and flirty.... There's no better word to describe it, I think as that's what this felt like...a flirtation and a curiosity that ends up being both mutual and undeniable.
I enjoyed and recommend this title.

Nope.
Not my cup of tea. I mean, the characters aren't related and are only step-siblings through the marriage of their parents. They've also not been brought up together in no way whatsoever. So the author did her best to limit the creepy factor.
And maybe I would've been able to even appreciate the "taboo" factor more, if not for one thing - an average bottle of ketchup probably contains more chemistry than what transpired between Morgan and Isla in this story. It was just so lukewarm and...mechanic (?) that I couldn't imagine the characters overcoming the creepy factor for THAT.
Also, the scene with Isla's dad coming into Morgan's bedroom as him and Isla were about to have sex and basically being all like "we know what you've been doing and here's our seal of approval as your parents, just fuck quietly so we can't hear you" - WHAT WAS THAT EVEN?!
So far, this series has been a mix of hit and miss but with the books 3 and 4 being more hit than miss, I'm hoping the next installment continues that trend :)
