A lovely lighthearted funny book. I read this on holiday on Skye and it was just the ticket. Anytime I was in the car I’d read and it was perfect. The book goes over Hawks’ Fridge-hiking in Ireland and using that to tell the lessons he learnt from it. I mostly enjoyed the story and less on the lessons but as someone who hasn’t read his other book, it was fun to read about his time in Ireland. Would recommend to people who enjoy Bill Bryson's travel stories.
