This fourth book in the series focuses more on the romance between Orrin and Vance than anything else. This couple is good together, making for a fun read in that aspect. However, there was very little about the ongoing serial strangler case which was a bit of a miss for me. There are lots of emotions in this one with Vance going home to come out to his parents and getting some heart-wrenching news. Overall, the book is a nice addition to the series and it was nice to see Orrin come to terms with his feelings.
