Okay this book is GREAT! We super duper loved it, and the end even made me a little bit teary. We own a Jack Russel Terrier that loves to run away and adventure outdoors so this hit super close to home. My daughter loved it and kept calling ‘Jack’ by our family dogs name ‘Gus’,
The illustrations and rhyming verse were beautiful and catchy and I loved the underlining message that the grass is not always greener on the other side.
