Super creepy and chilling... but in a good way :D
I really only enjoyed one of the stories, but it didn't feel fair to give it one star. I think my general ignorance of Japanese culture and manga probably influenced my reaction, but the stories just felt so dumb to me. Like watching a scary movie from 50 years ago and it is just not effective. If you like body horror though, it may very well work for you!

A first manga for ya dude, and i am excited to read the rest. The art is truly incredible, and it’s weird and fun. I am not sure itt’s the narrative style for me, and should probably have just read the Omnibus and given one collective rating. Let’s see!
Read all 600 pages of this and now frankly i'm a little worried for junji ito
