Heartfelt, funny, satisfying, clever. Trent Dalton’s writing style is captivating, there are phrases and ideas that flow through the story, making it a rewarding experience, more and more each chapter.
The characters are real, alive, and engaging. Little Molly Hook is absolutely the star. One of the best protagonists in a book I’ve read recently.

I put it down for about 6 months without missing it. When I picked it back up it wasn’t hard to keep going! And in the end I loved it.
