Couldn't finish the second chapter. Couldn't adjust to the style, was driving me up the walls.

Top tier book and I realised I hadn't written a review for it.

Well. This is one of my favourite books. Like that all time favourite that's very hard to top.

Whenever I'm craving feelings, I come back to this book. I'll go to my notes/highlighted sections and read parts that made me *feel*.

So, if you like fake relationships, a little or a lot of opposite attracts, some denial and angst. This book is for you. Or I'd hope so anyway.

I love Monica and I love Ray. They've both got me close to tears, but they've both made my heart go crazy

I enjoyed it but it seemed a bit dated. Would have liked to know about the ex’s reaction a bit more since she was a major plot point but not mentioned at the end or epilogue

4.75 Star - a delightfully funny rom-com

You guys! I 100% want this book made into a movie. In fact, I urge you to read it like you watching a really fun enemies to lovers hallmark (but better) rom-com. There were, for me, several legit laughing out loud moments in the beginning of the book. The plot is fun and interesting, the MCs interactions kept me hooked. Everything does come together a bit too perfectly though and that's where picturing it as a hallmark movie kept it in the sweet spot for me. DO NOT OVER ANALYZE IT. Just go with it and I guarantee you will have a good time. I was smiling my fool head off through most of it and I could not put the stupid thing down.
