A series of essays (I am assuming these are blog posts) by The Bloggess. If you’re a fan, you’ll love the book. I laughed out loud at many points, so much so that my husband couldn’t help giggling because I was laughing so much.
A fun read when you need something lighthearted.

I rate simply: 5 = liked it, 3 = meh, and 1 = didn't like it.
It's not really a self help book... It's more of the authors take of her adventures with her neuroses and how she feels with them through satire. Still really funny with some good take aways and reminders of how to deal with mental health for yourself and loved ones.

Enjoyed her frankness and relatability.
(Her spell check jokes became quite tiresome after a while, but maybe because I often fall into those jokes with myself and am the only one who finds them funny.)

I would say between 2 and 3 stars. I thought a couple of the stories were laugh out loud funny, and she definitely had some insightful bits about her mental illness, however I felt that these were too few and far between to make a whole book. Other times the stories were just bizarre and maybe that was the whole point, she was showing us the whole scope of how her mind really works-but I just didn't get it at times.
