I think this book was very surface level and didn't really do much with character development. There were a few really good quotes and I think there is definitely potential there. The pacing was really fast which I personally didn't mind but it was quite jumpy at parts.
I think the underlying themes of this book of self acceptance and self love just didn't hit the mark. It's such ashame because the potential was there, If it was maybe a trilogy exploring each characters in depth, it could of been really impactful.
It explored themes that I've never really read about before and in that instance I did find it refreshing at times.
I just felt the language was very young and disjointed at times.
