Graphic: Genocide, Deportation, War, Antisemitism, and Death

A quick graphic novel that I can see my students enjoying a lot.
For me, though, it lacked the depth I wanted. Of course it was emotional, all Holocaust stories are, but this one just didn’t feel AS but-wrenching

The writing style was honestly bland and not for me.
Stopped after the first story.

Heartbreaking
I need to build a social studies unit for ww2 and the Holocaust because our ss teacher left. This book is a perfect way to explain and engage students in the heavy topic in an appropriate way.
