It's been a while since I had read a Lisa Jewell book and took me a little time to get into her style of writing, more descriptive and less dialog. However, once I got used to it I was sucked in. I really enjoyed this book and everything it gave me. I was constantly trying to put the pieces together and like normally Lisa Jewell fashion it wasn't until the last few chapters that everything came together. I really enjoyed the ride and after reading the book really diving into how she set everything up. What a good well written thriller that left me wanting more.

Really tense story, so much build up but feel like the ending fell flat. Way too straightforward and simple.

Oh my god, this book… 

I really enjoyed this book, I loved short chapters, it made me feel so many emotions: sadness, tension, hope, disgust just to name a few. 

I read it in two days, I just couldn’t put it down.
