The book did not grab me from the beginning. Most really good books will have me enveloped in chapter one. I was sure I wasn’t even going to finish it with my initial reaction. I however read it in two days. So that says something. The ending is not what I had expected.

I absolutely loved this book! The characters draw you in and an unexpected ending. The only thing that throws me off sometimes is the British words used but that's on me!

This book kept me on my toes and I will say the ending left me completely surprised. I like the story line and the ending. It is told from multiple perspectives/ two time frames so it may be confusing for readers that have a hard time distinguishing time frames.
