I like these books because they are a good way to get to know new authors. The short stories are like a buffet where you get to try a little of everything.

MatchUp is an excellent anthology of short stories. I discovered some new thriller authors to try and enjoyed the writing by some favorite authors.

Only read few stories for N.E.W.T.s. This book seems fun, maybe I finish finish it someday

A borrowed book from a coworker, I'm a little surprised at how many authors I haven't read. I knew Sandra Brown existed but have never read her work. I think I have a slew of new mystery authors to read! Great short stories. Not a one of them was boring or uninteresting.

I received this book through a Goodreads Giveaway.

I was excited to read this because it included several authors that I had read and a lot that I hadn't. I thought the concept of pairing a female and male author was interesting. There weren't any stories that I didn't like. Now I have a couple more authors who I want to read more of and find out more about their characters. I can't wait to see what the International Thriller Writers (ITW) has up their sleeves for their next anthology.
