In this book, Beauty is sent to the village, which will be crueler and more demeaning than the castle. However, it is neither. Apparently all the slaves that matter in the village also find love and caring, if strict, masters and mistresses. I guess that's why it's a fantasy :) There's some elaboration of the ideas of a submissive's need to be dominated, which may have been more cutting edge in 1983 when this was written.

Lol. There is a surprising amount of plot to these books considering how much sex there is. :P Indulging myself.

Me gustó, pero se ve que no me termino de atrapar del todo ya que nunca continué con la saga.

New POV in this book. Very graphic. There's a lot happening here.

I am NOT ashamed to admit that I LOVED these books, this one is my favorite of the series only because the BDSM element gets so intense, sorry I'm a slut for BDSM kids lol

All 3 books are pure erotica. A.N. Roquelaure is really Anne Rice. After reading a few of her books I decided to pick these up too. I saw a review once that said that these books could have been combined into one book because it got repetitious of the same sequences happening over and over and I agree.

Tedious. Repetitive.

Highlight was the captain’s interactions with B.

I am not a fan of the genre but I thought if I'd read the first one, I might as well read this one. Out of curiosity. There is some very goofy stuff going on, I can tell you that.
