Must listen to as audiobook-like listening to a podcast. Enjoyed it.

Audiobook version is the way to go, as they have actors playing the characters that are in the chapters with the podcast. It was such a great way to experience the book.

This book was intense and awful, and so hard to put down (or pause in my case). I'm still rooting for Sadie.

The audiobook was really, really well done. If you like podcasts and dark true crime, then you may enjoy this one. Also, if you liked "Female of the Species", put this one on your list.

I think that I expected/wanted something very different from this book than what I got, which is why I rated it lower than most people have. Still, this was a very compelling and hard-hitting story about a girl grief for the murder of her sister, and wanting revenge. I found her interactions with all the people she met along the way very interesting, especially when they helped her move closer to her goal. I also love how they all stuck with her in some way. I especially enjoyed the podcasts, and thought that it was unique way of telling her story from someone else's point of view. I wasn't very attached to Sadie, as I found her to be a very detached character, but I think that was kind of the point. I felt for her, and for her need for justice, which drove her to do very questionable things, and seem like an unlikeable person to most people she encountered. She was very interesting to read about. In the end, I was appropriately left with wanting to know more.

This was the absolute best audiobook I’ve ever heard! I’m not sure it would have gotten a 5 star from me had I actually read it. The audio book brought all the characters to life and I loved them! I will say it’s more of a 4.5 from me because I didn’t just love the ending. I understand why it was done that way, but I wish there was something else or more. Still a wonderful book!!

Increíble, destructivo, sorprendente. Léanlo!
