If you want spice, this has a lot packed in and is pretty well written. If you want any type of character other than a name and a short description, you won't get that. I liked that it was faster paced and the misunderstanding that all 'romance' books "must" have wasn't really due to another person, but it also was weird and felt unnecessary for how fast the book wrapped up. It's an easy quick read with well written spice, but there's nothing else there.

This was a frustrating book in my opinion. The premise is great and the first 75% is really good but the ending is just horrible. The book ends rather suddenly and all the emotional structure built up by the author is just swept away to a happy ending. I would have like 50 more pages where there was actually dating and growth for the omega. It was just bam, she changed her mind and now will be in a pack. So annoying.
Pretty good
An interesting storyline. Not your average omegaverse. There were some parts that seemed a bit long but overall a pretty good read.

Definitely the best of the three. If you can ignore the typos.
Loved the idea of a beta as part of the pack, and the two alphas being protective and value him as a member of the pack and decision-making process.
I don't mind the speed at which things happened, seeing as the only real plot to the book is their blossoming relationship. There isn't much else to write about.
I liked Madison and Rian's relationship and found that to be the most solid of the three.
It grates a bit how many times we're reminded that Madison is a skinny girl, with long legs but still skinny and tall but still skinny. It feels a bit fan-fiction-y. And Madison is self-deprecating about her 'lankiness' compared to normal omegas (who are curvier, and implied to be mid-size or plus-size as well) but it often comes out as whiny and unnecessary. It feels a little like she's underhandedly insulting women with curvier figures.
Also, something that doesn't sit too well with me is that the biggest (and by far the steamiest) sex scenes are the encounters that Madison doesn't remember, during her heat. It feels grating as a reader to be reminded of the 2 - 3 chapter long sex scene and all the spicy things that happened for Madison to turn around and go "but I don't remember any of it". It feels... icky. Especially when we don't get anything anywhere near as spicy when she's not in heat. All of the sexy things that the mmcs say to her that are meant to get the reader all hot and bothered - she. Doesn't. Remember. So what is the point of having them say them?
That being said, I enjoyed the development of the relationship and think it ends fairly well.... except for one factor.
Grey - and the fact that he never hesitated to remind the reader that Madison is really just a brood mare and Rian is the only one that matters, and the only one he'll ever love. About 65% of the way through the book he asserts to Rian (AGAIN) that he'll never love her as much as Rian, and he doesn't actually need her. He never really changes this and so it warps what should be a HEA where they all fall in love.

trying to figure out the foursome scene harder than my math tests.....
I typically don’t like to rate books I don’t finish. But I made it about 50% (a little over 100 pages) and my brain is starting to hate me. I hate the writing, the plot is lackluster, and there’s just so much editing that needed to be done. The author cares more about writing the sex scenes than anything else but the constant repetition killed me. The over use of em dashes made my eyes bleed.
And that’s not even talking about how the Alpha Leader was no real leader. The other alpha definitely took over. I think if Rian was an omega who couldn’t have kids the plot would have been 1000 times better. The alphas only cared about Rian and having babies so why not make Maddison a surrogate or something. They clearly did want her for her. They just wanted to impregnate her so they could have a family with their beta.
It just didn’t feel like a real Omegaverse and the writing itself was total trash.
