My 5th grade ESE students have just finished the halfway point in this book and are begging me to let them finish quicker. They have laughed out so loudly that I was afraid we would disturb the other students in the class. I love that they are finally interested in reading.
Cute story about Peter and Sheila's families on vacation in Maine together, but nothing amazing.
None of the Fudge books are as good as the first one but this is entertaining enough for my third-grader to request a chapter every night.
