Ihan mahtava, yksi parhaista kirjoista hetkeen. Nauroin ääneen useammassa kohdassa ja kirja loi selvän kuvan siitä miten agentti Cooperista tuli sellainen kuin hän Twin Peaksin aikana on. Suosittelen, kevyt ja mukansatempaava!

My current Twin Peaks obsession continues with the reading of this book! My impression of books that are TV show tie-ins is that they're generally pretty crappy, but I liked this one a lot. The author does a great job of nailing Cooper's voice, which means that there's a lot of humor resulting from his dry, analytical analysis of EVERYTHING. I especially love the way he describes his really bizarre dreams. The book starts when Cooper is 13, so we get a lot of his back story, but it ends right when he's about to leave for Twin Peaks - so the reader doesn't get any more insight from him about the events surrounding Laura Palmer's death. All in all, another must-read for uber fans of the show.
Cooper has very quickly become one of my new favorite fictional men
good read kinda bad but in a good way reminded me of adrian mole diaries / 'dead rat'

An interesting dive into an interesting character. Lighter than the source material with only hints of darkness. Dale Cooper is #feminist

this so-called autobiography of quote "lifetime audio freak dale cooper" was exactly what i needed to stop my reading slump. equal parts hilarious and heartbreaking, i can't believe it follows his entire life up until the start of the series. i think everyone should read this because its probably one of the rare instances where a book is written *after* a movie or show and it's not completely terrible. its in fact amazing. complete with dale playing gay undercover and being *really good* at it to his decades-long fascination with what was really going on with JFK... i read this online because physical copies are not readily available and if they are they've been out of print for so long they are simply too expensive, but if i come across one I'm buying it in a heartbeat. i cant wait to read this again. made me much more obsessed with twin peaks than i already am.
A nice addition to the TP fandom, interesting to read about Dale Cooper's teenage years. I much preferred this to the diary of Laura Palmer.
