When I picked this book up, I didn't immediately realize that it was the second book in the series. I instantly fell in love with Jordan Manning. This story was for sure a page turner. It took me about 4 days to read it. The story developed quickly at the end. I am thinking about the title and not sure how it fits in with the story but the actual story itself is good. This is an easy read and keeps you guessing while reading along. The ending left me wanting to know more about Jordan and what will become of her and Nate, and also what will become of her career. I will definitely be going back to read the first one in the series.

Watch Where They Hide lacks focus and failed miserably to hold my attention. Also, it is a ridiculous story, and I'm still unsure what it is about (i.e., a missing woman, Jordan's relationships, or being African American in this situation which is included for what reason, again I'm unsure.). The characters are not well defined and their attempts at urgency fall flat.

This one lands on my DNF list as it is a total waste of my time. I only wished I had stopped reading before chapter 18. I hoped it would get better. It does not. I like Tamron Hall as a journalist, not so much as a author of this book.

Not one I recommend but if you must, proceed with caution.

I have read both of Tamron Hall's adult books. I was not impressed with the writing or the characters. I will not be reading more in the series if further books are published.
