for fucks sake.

all you need to know about this is that the super edgy, nerdy, unique, (clearly on the spectrum but doesn’t get mentioned) fmc wears a tiara all throughout high school so you KNOW she’s not like other girls

I listened to this book via audiobook. I cried. It was so heartbreaking. Loved the story, the tragedy, and the characters! So excited to read book number 2. Highly recommend!

I am actually physically sobbing at this ending. I knew something tragic was gonna happen but idk why i didn’t think he died. I literally lost my childhood best friend 3 days ago and then i finished this today with the same result. I literally am way to fragile for this book lol i absolutely loved the audiobook and it was a great book, but i didn’t know when i started this a week ago, that it would shred me to pieces in the last 10 minutes of the book

Ughhhhhhhhh I want my 6 hours back.

This book took forever to get into. Surprisingly it took me off the reading slump that had taken over me the entire year. It was a very lighthearted read well, except for the ending of the book of course. But it did not live up to the hype of social media. I felt like the author could have cut off a good chunk of the book because it was really slow. I do understand it was ro build the story and suspension but it was a stretch. I did not like any of the characters personally, except for Finn who seems like a cute boy. Somehow the abript ending felt detached to the overall story. I love how depression was written in this, especially for the protagonist not understanding it for herself but gets it for others. It is not a bad book, but it is not that great either. If only the author wrote a few less words.
