Unlike any other hockey/sports romance series I’ve read. The emotional depth and genuine struggle in these characters makes it impossible for you not to root for them. Be mindful of this one if you’ve experienced the loss of a parent and/or a controlling relationship as the depictions on page feel very real.

This was actually really cute and deep! You wouldn’t think it would have that much depth as a hockey romance but it did and I was here for it! The epilogue had me fighting tears. Such a beautiful ending for Roe and Matty!

This book was everything to me. Freddy and Ro were two characters I felt a kinship with as they both just wanted love, and who hasn't felt that? Their retissance to completely share themselves with each other but ability to give so uch of themselves regardless of that problem made them both feel so special. I love this book so much.
