I was not expecting to like this as much as I did, at all - I loved both of these characters, am totally here for the insecurity and vulnerability in our male hockey star lead, and really enjoyed the way both of their toxic former relationships were portrayed and handled. just enough spice and very little cringe, plenty of tension and longing and will they/wont they/WHEN will they, and a good amount of personal growth separate from each other. just, really sweet, tbh.

Ro kissed Freddie at a party freshman year, and has had a crush on him FOREVER! After a few years of admiring him from a far the stars have aligned and she is now his tutor!
