Whew!! This book was hot!! And the spice was *chefs kiss*

Avery and Theo make you fall in love with them almost instantly regardless of the taboo nature of their relationship. Their characters fit very well together and I found myself rooting from them from the very beginning.

I really appreciate the fact that the drama and breakup were not drawn out! And I also do really appreciate the fact the Theo immediately took action and did end it with Avery after Lucas expressed his discomfort. It really does make you love him that much more. I was swooning over that man the entire time.

This was my first QB Tyler book, and it will not be the last!

Thank you to Good Girls PR for the ARC <3

I really tried to like this book and I think I didn’t because I like a balance of plot, character development and spice as opposed to just spice? It was just okay to me. Plot-wise I felt like there were a lot of gaps and some situations and events that were rushed. Specifically the last chapter and epilogue. The only character I don’t have a critique on is Wes, a secondary character. FMC gave me pick-me girl vibes, MMC basically had no self-control, and the FMC’s best friend/MMC’s son had this obnoxious sense of entitlement towards FMC.
