Thank you to the author and Good Girls PR for giving me an arc for an honest review! I enjoyed this book a lot more than I thought I would. It is best friend’s dad x girl, which I don’t think I’ve ever read. But I loved this age gap romance, loved the main characters and the side characters. It was a great blend of spice and plot! I’d definitely read more of this author’s work!!!

This was a quick and easy read to get through! I LOVE me an age gap, and the best friends father trope in this added a forbidden angsty tinge to it that was so fun, it was so easy to get sucked in and flip page after page unable for stop reading,
I loved the cute moment we got between the two, I do think that everything in the end wrapped up so quickly that it was a slap in the face in a way

Avery has had a crush on her best friend’s dad since she was 13 and now that she’s a college graduate, she’s about to shoot her shot. Loved this book and definitely recommend! I adore the way QB does taboo… can’t get enough. I laughed and got a little teary eyed.

This was such a turn from my last QB Tyler read. I read What was meant to be which is another age gap romance, what can I say, I just love how QB writes her MCs with Big Daddy Energy ❤️
Worst Kept Secret is a story of Avery & Theo. 8 years ago a single dad with 2 kids Avery’s age moves in next door, both became Avery’s friend and she became almost part of the family.
Avery never did just see Theo Graham as “Mr. Graham” or her bestfriends dad. She has has a crush on Theo since they moved in and now that she has graduated it’s time for her to make her move. Theo never saw Avery as anything other than his son’s best friend until last year when he kissed her the first time. It was a mistake that was not supposed to happen again but somehow it still did and now he doesn’t know how to stop it.
The MMC for this book showed a very different character from the MMC from What was meant to be It was something that put me off at first because I came into this thinking I was going to get Daddy energy but Theo was very different, Theo is a romantic! It was a different side of QBs writing and I am a fan! I liked the drama and the sneaking around and the are they or are they not gonna get caught.
QB Tyler is a queen when it comes to her stories and all I can say is keep them coming!!
