Whoa! This book! I was not expecting to like it as much as I did! I think I’m in love? I could not put it down!!! I was so scared for the third act breakup, but there wasn’t one and honestly I was SO glad - Sera was already going through a lot and being part of the 1/5 statistic would be heartbreaking!
I’m also soooo glad I got to read the bonus chapters!! Seeing them in the future like that was 100% needed!

not as good as the first book. was too predictable in terms of characters/their actions but overall followed a formula that i've liked in the past but definitely wasn't my favorite and wouldn't reread.
there wasn't enough foundation in the first book for tyler or seraphina so i wasn't as committed to their characters and found myself a little bored.

avery keelan does it again!!!!! (obviously!) there’s a reason she will ALWAYS be an auto-buy author for me. her books never fail to give me alllllllll the happy feelings!!! and the bonus chapters!!! stole my heart!!! love this book!!!! and can’t wait for the next- whatever it may be! ❤️
They already met, got together, and are extremely into each other before the book even began. Feels like it's going to stretch itself out

It took me a while, but I finally finished! I loved the relationship between Tyler and Serafina. They were so sweet and cute together. I resonated a lot more with this story than I thought I would. Granted I wasn’t diagnosed with the cancer gene, I was diagnosed with heart disease. And honestly the way she kind of spiraled was very real and very relatable. Even though it’s not life ending news, it’s definitely life altering.
