Hmm ik vond het vrij mid. Ik heb me vermaakt maar ook geërgerd door alle ~QuIrKy~ personages en ik vond het zoooo repetitief. Het is echt niet nodig om me elk hoofdstuk 6x te vertellen dat deze man blond is, mint ogen heeft en naar hout ruikt (yum?), yet here we are. Ik vond de premise echt heeeel goed en uniek, maar het viel me een beetje tegen. Ik denk dat dit gewoon echt een zoetsappige romcom is en ik meer diepgang zocht, maar dat zegt meer over mij dan over dit boek :)

How meta. A romance book set in a romance book set in the romance town. This author sure does love magical realism. It’s funny and sweet with some heartbreaking realism around the death of a loved one. Worth a read if you love the other books by this author.
