5 Elevators are doom stars!!

Hello FINAL BOOK!! Hello SECOND CHANCE ROMANCE!!! Welcome back to the Winslow Clan…. ugh I love this family. This is an HEA, so no worries on that, and lots of laughs because of course family is involved. Can I just say everyone deserves a Cleo in their life? I would really love one of my own.

Remy from the first book compared to him in this book is a complete 180. Unreal, this down home, lets play house, look at all I can do guy is swoony worthy, actually more than swoony worthy. He’s the whole package of romance books in one man, all the goods and then some. (Just don’t tell the other Max Monroe guys) I now know why they saved him for last. He is literally the sweetest to Maria, and his character arc with Lexi was adorable. Actually Lexi’s arc was unexpected and sweet, the locker room scene was hilarious.

I felt Maria’s pain down to my bones that poor soul. I felt her emotional baggage, hormones, lack of sleep. She was so relatable, not wanting help but needing it. She didn’t want to let go of all the control she had of everything but needed to. Learning how to lean on people though that was nice for her, watching her re-bond with Remy’s family was so nice. It was almost like she never left, she was always there.

I can’t wait to see what they come up with next! Thank you for the copy in lieu of my honest review.

This book was... fine. I didn't hate it. Didn't love it. The plot was pretty straight forward. No twists, no turns. Just a sweet love story. I will say there were a couple chapters that felt completely unnecessary. Like a whole chapter about Remy taking Izzy to the fair. It was so boring I wanted to die.

Overall it was a fun quick read. I like Remy and Maria's love story. Though again, I wish there had been more tension. Just something else.

Well today is going to be a rough one since I was up WAY too long last night because I simply had to finish this book! I have a love/hate relationship with Max Monroe. I LOVE to read their stories but I HATE to finish them! And these Winslows, man I’m sad that this is the last one.

I fell in love with Uncle Remy back in Scoring the Billionaire, I mean how could you not? His relationship with his niece Lexi is EVERYTHING! So I was looking forward to his story the most, and I was not disappointed!! Remy and Maria’s story is filled with emotion, banter and broken elevators. You are going to laugh, cry and most definitely blush.

We all need a Remy Winslow in our lives, his sense of calm is exactly what Maria needs, his grumpy demeanor with his brothers makes me laugh, and his love for all the females in his life will make you swoon.

Read this book, heck read the whole series, they are so much fun. And don’t get me started on the bonus epilogue at then end!! Perfect…Perfect… Perfect!!!

"... one day, someone will walk back into your life, and it will have the power to change everything."

Heart-melting, emotional, sexy, hilarious, second-chance, feel-good conclusion to the Winslow Brothers series that will leave you both excited to finally read Remi's story and sad that the series is complete. The extra special extended epilogue is the perfect send off.
