Sucks you in!
This book was an easy read. It sucks you in right away. Don’t be afraid of all the chapters, they go by fast.

What a way to finish off this series!
I absolutely adored Remy & Maria through out this whole book, from the past chapters to now.
before this one, Jude was my favorite.... but Remy took first place so fast. This book was the most captivating one for me in this series.
Remy is a guy that doesn't believe in happily ever afters... except a fortune teller tells him one day that and a certain person from his past will come back into his life.. one day.
imagine that happening during a heat black out and getting stuck in the elevator together. talk about a messy start to a redo, but oh it gets so much messier than that.
this one was hot, cute, funny and swoon worthy. I truly loved it and devoured it all within one day.
Thank you Max Monroe for the ARC!

3.75 stars. This was a cute book! I liked it a lot. This is Maria and Remy's story. Remy is the last Winslow brother left single. He gets stuck in an elevator with his high school girlfriend, who he hasn't seen in years. Maria is going through a rough time. She was a surrogate for her sister and brother in law when they died in a tragic accident. Now she is pregnant and going through it all alone with no family. Remy offers to support her, but she feels like a burden so she declines. Still, fate has other plans when a few weeks later, they happen to get stuck together in a completely different elevator... while Maria goes into labor and gives birth. Remy won't take no for an answer this time and supports her along the way as her life turns up side down and she takes on motherhood. They realize that their feelings for each other still linger and see that they can get over the past to have a future together.
This was a fun read. I liked Remy and Maria together. She did some pushing away at first, which annoyed me, but once she gave into to Remy's help, I liked her. This was a cute, light, funny, easy read. It had a good story. I liked the pregnancy, new mom, and baby humor. It was easy to identify with. The book is low angst with no big break up . My only issue was a lack of chemistry between the characters. Still, I enjoyed this book and am sad to see this fun series end.

Thank you to the authors and Hambright PR for the free ebook. These opinions are my own.
This is my favorite of the whole series, both because I absolutely adore Remy and because the story is magical. I love elevator meet cutes, second chance romances, single parent romances, and everything else about this. This whole series I have been waiting for Remy's chance for his own love and not just being the perfect older brother who shows up for this family. And this capped it so well.
The whole series plays with questions of fate and really emphasizes the importance of family. I loved seeing all their family dinners and wanted to keep joining them each time. That made me especially thrilled to read the extended epilogues.

A collection of books about a group of man-children who visit a fortunate teller the night before one of their impending nuptials, with each instalment being the prediction coming to fruition.
One of the books I DNF’d (Ty and Rachel’s) as I couldn’t really find anything about it that kept me reading.
And I didn’t mind Remy’s story until the end where [spoiler] Rachel fell pregnant again and they referred to that child as ‘our baby’. The whole premise of the book was her being a surrogate for her (now) deceased sister and husband and then raising the baby. Those statements ruined it all for me as it infers the other child Izzy is somehow less than because it’s not biologically their ‘own’.
2.75 stars
