This book, the extended epilogue, the end of the Winslow brothers’ story - wrecked me. It was perfection. Everything I could have wanted and more. I’ve been looking forward to Remy’s story since he first came into our book lives in Scoring the Billionaire, and the wait was so so with it. Remy was sweet and dependable and a bit of a dirty talker. Maria was so strong and real and lovely. We get updates on our other fave Winslows. We get love and laughs and heat and tears (yes, I cried too!). We get a few Thatch cameos because what is a Max Monroe story in this book world without a Thatch cameo?! I feel so satisfied and also so distraught that this series is over. Well done, Max Monroe. I can’t wait to see what’s next from you!

This book is so worth the wait!! I have been waiting for Remy’s story for so long, and it did not disappoint!!! Remy and Maria’s story is full of love, heartbreak, and finding a second chance. This was such a great ending to the Winslow brothers books and everything was wrapped up perfectly!! There were also a few fun surprises thrown in
What's the best part about starting a series with the last book? Knowing I get to go back and start at the beginning. ❤️
.
Started my newly formed Max Monroe addiction with a sweet and spicy second chance romance featuring a large cast, the cutest baby, a man who knows what he wants, and a woman who makes him earn it.
.
With a dual timeline and POV, readers are taken on a nostalgia-packed rollercoaster of grief, healing, friendship and most importantly, love. I loved the meet (again) cute these two had and the chemistry was INSTANT. Sometimes two people are meant to be together and nothing will stop that from happening. While the angst level is low, the story is emotionally charged at times so I felt like ALL my heart strings were being pulled, but in the very best way. I laughed out loud more than once and felt the urge to hug my sister every other chapter and I finished with the cheesiest, sappiest smile. ❤️ This definitely won't be my last Max Monroe book!
.
The ENTIRE series is free on Kindle Unlimited, so what are you waiting for?

BLURB:
Put a finger down if you’ve ever been a single woman who got stuck in a New York City elevator in the middle of a summer blackout with your former high school sweetheart—whom you haven’t seen in years—while pregnant with a baby that isn’t biologically yours. And you can’t believe how handsome that blast from your past is, so you unwittingly flirt with him a little even though your life is so crazy complicated you’re barely keeping your head above water, but everything about him makes you think you could totally still be in love with him.
*puts a finger down*
What? Just me?
Needless to say, my current status is thorny. And no, I didn’t miss how close that word is to another one.
Even though he’s the epitome of tall, dark, and incredibly handsome, Remington Winslow has been a single bachelor for most of his life. It’s clichéd and basic—until you consider the fact that once upon a terrible time, he got left at the altar.
He doesn’t do relationships. He definitely doesn’t fall in love.
And I’m just trying to survive a tangled web of unexpected motherhood and running one of the top real estate firms in the city that never sleeps.
He’s the jaded guy who doesn’t want to settle down, and I’m the career-focused woman with more baggage than a 747 can hold.
We’re just two friends who used to be in love.
Now, if someone would tell my hormones I’m not a teenager anymore, I’d be set.

4.75/5⭐️, this is an older couple soo if that’s an issue with you i don’t recommend. but this is such a wholesome book, i loved Chloe’s background character, like the random text she would send to Remy to keep him on his toes
