I adored this story so much! It was so whimsical. It felt like a classic fairy tale and yet a new take on many different fairy tales. It was just so sweet and I was so easily drawn into this world.

This was a cute 4.5 hr listen I chose mainly because the length was right to fit in between trips. It was a simple story apparently based on a fairytale I had never heard. Reid was a fan, and it is a perfect read aloud for a 7 year old. There were a couple of things I felt were left unresolved, but overall it was enjoyable.
