CHAPTER 37 HAD ME HYPERVENTILATING!!!!

Dalej uwielbiam te historię i tych bohaterów.
Mam nadzieje, że Bardugo piszę już ten 3 tom bo nie uśmiecha mi się czekać 3 lata żeby przeczytać zakończenie

" A little magic. A talent for taking a beating. A demon at her side. That was all she has, but maybe it was all she needed."

What a story. Perfectly packaged and neatly tied off.

This story starts off right where the Ninth House ended.

It has the consistency of being extremely descriptive and graphic. Perfectly balancing the real world with that of topics like heaven and hell as well as mythical creatures like vampires and demons is very tricky.

However, Bardugo manages to capture it all perfectly and merge it together so flawlessly as such, preserving the intergrity of YALE and the mythical and magical environment it is surrounded by in the story.

The characters have such amazing growth when it comes to the development of the story. Galaxy Stern our main female lead remains consistent in her behaviour but learns more and grows more in the second book as a person. Her relationships with the other characters are tested in the ultimate way and the banter had me smiling all the way through the read.

This is easily one of my much love series by one of my favourite authors and if you are looking for a ghostly Halloween read, thus duology is your way to go.
