Jasper has to be my favourite guardian of the series! This is the second time I’ve read this book, if fair to say that within the book the “greater plot” is explored as much as it is in other books. However, Jasper’s story is painful and beautiful. I loved loved loved the rites chapters. I think this book is important for the series so that we understand the perspective of the Seelie king moving forwards. Just mmm! So good!

This was very character driven and the overall plot didn't move forward enough for me. I also did not really like Jasper and Ada and do not think they worked well together like the other couples have.

I ate this series up and this one was my fave, that's all I remember because I read them all so fast. Waiting for the rest!

Ada and Jasper

This one is a slow burn romance but is so touching. The way Ada helps Jasper through his trauma while working through her own is so sweet. The story moved forward well. Mild spice

So dang good!

This series is great. It has wolves and vampires and magic and a lot of characters that I'm already in love with.

Ada and Jasper's story did not disappoint.

Now, it is the vampires turn
