Oh, such a great book, Sophie learns a lot, and she's cheeky, and yeah, this was just a great book! Loved it!

Oh wow this was so bad. Is there more?

I remember crying during this!

Brilliant end to the series!

While I enjoyed the first two books in this series, I found this installment underwhelming. I think I might be done with paranormal for a while...

I loved this trilogy! All the characters were so endearing and funny. There was great world building and it was a really good story!

This was a fun conclusion to this series.
I liked all the main characters enough. Sophie was fun and interesting, Archer was ok. I didn’t fall in love with him but he was charming enough. Cal was not my favourite and I really didn’t care about his relationship with Sophie.
Jenna was maybe the most interesting character and I really liked her relationship with Sophie.

My favourite parts however are those with the Brannicks. Or better, I can’t really stand Finley, but Izzy is great and I loved to see Torin as well. I think this is because I read [b:School Spirits|15826934|School Spirits|Rachel Hawkins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1354294039l/15826934._SY75_.jpg|21559254] before the Hex Hall trilogy and absolutely loved it more than the other books, so I might be biased.

One thing to say is that this author’s writing is absolutely fantastic. It isn’t anything special or super poetic or majestic, but it keeps you going and flows so well, so I am sure I will end up reading her other works such as [b:Rebel Belle|8475505|Rebel Belle (Rebel Belle, #1)|Rachel Hawkins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1371650817l/8475505._SY75_.jpg|13340323] and [b:Royals|35997816|Royals (Royals, #1)|Rachel Hawkins|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1512422038l/35997816._SY75_.jpg|57561606].

I was disappointed with the way the little love triangle turns out. And I thought the final battle scene was too short and easy, as was the underworld part but still overall a good book. I enjoy the relationship between Jenna and Sophie as well as Sophie's humor, those were Tue real highlights for me. I also really liked the surprise with Grace and her family!

Fantastic conclusion to a great trilogy. The relationships are genuine, the action is nail biting, and the magic is...magical.
