I enjoy this series but it also reminds me a lot of One Tree Hill. So i gotta be in the mood for it.

Awwww I love Betty Cooper and loved the choice she made. Also Team Jughead all the way, he's just the best. It was nice reading Archie again. These stories are pretty simple, but I really enjoy them, and it's good reading just high school drama and not the weird things they're doing in the show.

It would take a lot to get me to mark an Archie comic as anything less that five stars. I’ve said it before: this is a series that flashes me back to childhood, taking my allowance down to 7/11 to buy the latest issue. I love this new story line and I’m going to be sad to see it go. BUT Archie just never goes away, does he? There will be another thread … right?!

Issue 26 - Read 3/8/18 - I love Dilton and Betty should choose him and I'm not sorry about it.

Issue 27 - Read 4/18/18 - I STILL LOVE DILTON DOILEY AND I WANT HIM TO PICK MEEEEEEE. Also Jughead is slick with that coin move. Veronica though ughhhhh.

I liked this arc a lot. The art is an improvement and it felt like a satisfying conclusion, while still leaving something to look forward to.

I'm a little embarassed about how much I enjoy this series. It's easy to read and there is very little cringeworthy drama.

The covers of these issues are beautiful. The artwork is no Fiona Staples but it's gorgeous. I think this is an adventure worth taking. I like that it's lighter than the show even with no romance between Betty and Jughead. I even like this whole Veronica-Betty-Archie love triangle, but to be clear, I still hate Veronica for some reason.

Still well-written, and with a interesting and realistic progressions for most of the characters. This might be the final storyarc I read, not because it's bad, but because I've never really been into Archie or similar teen drama comics. Kudos to Waid and his co-creators for keeping my attention this long.

I recommend this to Archie fans, people who like well-written soap opera literature, and people who like good and clean comic fun that feels modern.
