Extremely adorable collection of Sarah's Scribbles comics about cryptids, from Bigfoot to Slender Man, the Jackalope to Cthulhu. This collection super endeared me to the Mothman - Sarah's cartoons about him are hilarious.

As an avid lover and prostheletizer of Cryptids, this book was the best! I follow this creator on all my social media and I love her! This book is so funny and cute, and I already had it pre-ordered so I was so excited to be approved for a copy. A must read for any lover of cryptozoology and the lifestyles of cryptids.

Mothman is hotter than the Jersey Devil.

I loved this. It was pure Halloweeny entertainment. I laughed to myself the entire time reading this collection. It was adorable, hilarious and endearing, and I can't wait for her to release another collection of cryptid comics. My one problem with this is that is was over far too quickly.

Thank you to NetGalley and Andrews McMeel Publishing for an advanced reader copy.

Apparently I really am a cryptid :D

A fun comic about cryptids (Any creature that may or may not exist. Sightings of various cryptids have been reported, but their reality has not been proved.)!

Plot: 4/5. This book is filled with 1 page comics around cryptids. It jokes about the Lockness Monster, Big Foot, ghosts, Mothman, etc. It is a fun take on fictional (or maybe real?) creatures.

Pacing: 4/5. This is fast paced and can be read in one sitting. Some of the comics were a miss for me but overall I enjoyed them.

Character Development: 4/5. The reader sees the same characters throughout. Some I was not as familiar with as others. The Kraken ones were a personal favorite.

Overall Rating: 4/5 stars. I definitely laughed at some of these comics!

Mood: spoopy, aliens, soft horror

TW: creepy at times would probably not be suitable for middle grade
