I've wanted to read versions of this poetry for years. I'm not sure what held me back but reading this special edition was meant to be for me. I found this version in target last weekend and I've been picked up this book every second i had a few minutes to get lost in the authors words. I've always been a poetry loved as I have a love for words myself but the feels this book gave me were unreal. I am so in love with it. I can't wait for more.
This book will forever be my favorite modern poetry book of all times. I love the concept of everything Iain S. Thomas makes. The author and photographer not knowing each other fascinated me from the start.
I feel this book encapsulates so many emotions. The words he puts together just seem right, and the way he portrays so many aspects of relationships is just *chef’s kiss.*
I love it. Take my 5 stars.

This book is beautiful and you should read it.
This was absolutely not like anything i had expected.
I literally read this in 4 hours and only because i had to have lunch on that period but those wore 4 of the most amazing hours of my life.
This is not a poetry book and I don't consider myself at all a fan of poetry but the way the little texts where written, like they had some sort of rythym is stunning.
The only thing that could have been improved is the connection to the images, they were all really well taken and so but half of them didn't had anything to do with the following text.
Still, an amazing read, with a type of write similiar to "Dictionary of Love" by David Levithan.

I'm not big on poetry, but I loved this one. Both the words and the images moved me. Lots of heart here, tenderness and hurt and beauty.
I really enjoyed this book. I am not really into poetry so take my words with a grain of salt. I got the sample of the book first because like I said I am not into poetry, I found it not to be real poetry (well not like the one they teach you in school) I felt like the book was more of someone thinking out loud. When I actually convinced my self to buy it I saw how thin it was I thought to myself that I would get through this book fairly quickly but I just couldn't. I found myself really engrossed in every single poem, I felt a real connection with what the author was talking about, a lot of his feelings really hit home with me. The only possible critique that I would have would be the pictures I don't really find the meaning in some of them. Anyways I would recommend this book because I feel like even if you haven't been through a horrible break up or you have never been in love. This book touches on other things too, it talks about other human feelings like the loss of a family member or just how people are the way they are.
Great poems! Not a page turner! But very reflective on life!

This audiobook was unlike any I’ve listened too before. I’ll be honest, I don’t usually enjoy audiobooks with changing voices, music, or added sounds, but I can’t imagine what this book would’ve been like without it.
Within just a few minutes, I was hooked into the poetry in prose, feeling like the author was speaking directly to me. Listening to this book is an ethereal experience, something behind simply reading a book.
I think you have to be in the right headspace to listen to this book, but you’ll absolutely get something out of it. I highly recommend I Wrote This For You!
