Absolutely powerful novel. It shows just how much there is in what is often thought of as mundane life. How much every life matters and impacts people. How dreams no matter how "small" matter. Every life is important and worth talking about. Brought me to tears

I know a lot of people felt that this novel was more grounded (compared to On Earth) but I personally missed the poetic and unconventional elements of his first book. Still an amazing read; deeply real and complex characters, and a beautiful story.
