You would hardly believe me if I told you everything that didn't happen in this book. Indeed, it was a bit of a nothing book. Austen's writing was witty as always, and in this one especially humorous. But the story utterly failed to compel me, and I am left feeling like I just took a tepid bath.

Funny, short, Austen is definitely very talented in making us hate some characters. A good introduction to her work and very good book recommendations inside too.
