I had high hopes for this book after some of the interesting plot lines of other books but was very disappointed. The story was pretty boring and the continued conflicts in Adams and Holly's relationship is getting tedious. Maybe it wouldn't be like that if the author wrote about the good parts of their relationship from time to time so we as an audience wanted to root for them!
This is also a small petty point but I'm sooooo bored if the "alpha" tropes in Werewolf packs. I know this came from a myth about real life wolf packs. But it is soooo boring.
I have generally liked the plot lines and stories of these books so hoping the next is better but I think it may be my last.

okay how many dead bodies can one series have? I feel like if I was reading a murder mystery series or was reading a book about detectives. Then the amount of dead bodies would make sense, but I don't know why this seems to be the only conflict our author can write about.

I love Beechwood Harbor ghost Mysteries they are hilarious and especially this series I really like a lot I like all the books but the reason why is she does such good detail in describing every little thing and it's a really funny book like I laugh a lot and you can picture everything especially the characters and what they're doing at the time and it's just amazing and this series all the series gets me out of my head with scarlet and with Holly

Rating down because I’m really tired of the relationship in this book that is clearly going nowhere. It’s time to move along.

That said, I still enjoy this series as a whole and plan to continue reading it.

These are really cute. Cozy mysteries without too much complication. And they're also light on the sex, which I appreciate.

Holly has recently finished six months of training under position masters at the SPA and her business is booming. As a result she's feeling pulled in multiple directions and overwhelmed. To top it off Holly seems to always end up in the middle of something. A cranky ghost landlady not happy with her potions, roommate troubles, boyfriend issues and her friend Nick going off the deep end over a women. What’s a witch to do?

One Bad Witch is the sixth book in the Beechwood Harbor Magic Mystery sereis by Danielle Garrett and is best read in order.

As things go if you read my last review on the last book, Lucky Witch, I felt frustrated with the relationship department and the drama the author added. I’m still perplexed in the relationship department. On one hand Holly is in a relationship with Adam, but the chemistry with Nick makes me question. By the end we have lines drawn and a clear path.

The mystery is frighteningly close to home and Holly must tackle the dilemma of keeping her job and what she’s doing a secret from her friends and boyfriend. What happens makes Holly think about her life and what she really wants. And, at the end, she and Adam have a talk that they really needed to have about the future and the present.

Fans of cozy mysteries with paranormal elements will enjoy this light and fun read. I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next.
