I don't know what I expected, but it was not this.

Quina bogeria més divertida! Vull més!

Malauradament no he acabat d'entrar mail dins del relat.

I absolutely loved this. Quick and short, but packs so much of a punch. I really love when authors take bizarro concepts and explore the emotional depths and humanity in it. This was eerie and weird, but tackled topics like identity, violence, obsession and paranoia. Highly recommend this little novella. So glad this was my last read of 2020.

amazing horror. i would recommend this to anyone who enjoys the genre. it is a quick but amazingly paced read. i wasnt bored for a single second!!

Nightmarish SF horror. Well-written and engaging, though not my usual thing. There’s at least one serious plot hole that seems to be a result of a man trying earnestly to write about menstruation but who doesn’t realize that it can if necessary be pharmaceutically eliminated for months at a time.

4.5

I'm often a little annoyed by books that dive into a bonkers premise and never try to explain it at all, but this one is definitely an exception. It's just so intriguing and so energetic that it's impossible not to enjoy it. It does offer some explanations towards the end, but it's really more questions than answers and if I'd known there was a sequel coming in the summer I may have waited until then to read it. Definitely recommended, though not if you're particularly squeamish.
