I didn't know if I'd be able to get through this book because of all the blood and gore that was in the first few pages. I was able to survive that and I'm glad I did. This was a fast paced, well written book with a storyline I haven't heard before. I would have liked the book to be a little bit longer because there are parts that I would have liked a bit more elaboration on. I wish some things were explained more because I was left feeling slightly confused at some parts. Parts of the book felt a little rushed but overall I really liked the story. I'd give it 4 1/2 stars. I'd recommend this short story to anyone who likes gore, thrillers or medical mysteries.

this story developed in my mind into a goddamn movie. the details makes you imagine everything from the main characters view rather than 3rd person. the stoic and numb style of speech and detailing is perfect and makes sense once you become used to her personality and life experiences.

What the heck did I just read? That was weird as hell. But I loved it. The concept of the book seems slightly ridiculous, but it works so well. The story is so unique and I loved the fast pace of the book.
I do, however, wish it was a bit longer. Perhaps we could have gotten to know the characters a bit better.
Still, it definitely worth the read. It won't take much time at all.
