Who hurt you Samantha Shannon, and why must you hurt me in turn?

I have been begging for just ONE moment of happiness throughout this whole series, and I’m thrilled to say we finally had it!! Less thrilled however, to say Samantha Shannon immediately made us revoked said happiness with more trauma and misery. 

The book was a masterpiece and the ending absolutely insane. Very much dreading this next instalment as it is the last one published and the next isn’t slated for release yet, with late 2026/early 2027 being the current projected date of publication. So yeah, stressing a little. 

But here’s hoping Paige sacrifices herself a little less, believes in herself a little more, and lets herself know a little happiness in the instalments to come.
