This surprised me! I read another book by this author (Dry) several years ago and was very middled by it, but I felt like this was well written and had twists I wasn’t expecting. I honestly don’t love the two main characters, they’re fine, but the world and plot were just really well done and kept me going.

Very interesting concept. One of my favorite reads in a while and really provided a lot of thought and perspective on what the future could hold.
I love the idea of the Thunderhead. I highly recommend this book

While the world is interesting, Shusterman's writing is just okay and the teen romance is shoe-horned into the plot is the most unbelievable, underdeveloped, and unnecessary way.
