It got a little slow towards the end, but I love how honest they were with each other and that there was no third act breakup

Ann has officially entered her Cowboy Era, and I’m absolutely here for it!
This book delivered all the feels: heart, heat, witty banter, and a fierce girl gang that had me laughing from start to finish. I adored the friendship that blossomed between Jensen and Briar. Watching her help both him and Caleb come out of their shells was so touching, it made every shared milestone between them feel deeply emotional and beautifully real.
And let’s talk about the fainting goat which adorable doesn’t even begin to cover it. It added the perfect touch of charm to an already unforgettable story.
There’s just something irresistible about a city boy turned dirty-talking cowboy, and Jensen in his wranglers and boots? Let’s just say Briar isn’t the only one swooning.
This is hands-down my favorite book by Ann so far, and I’m already counting down the days until the next in the series!

AHHHH she did it again! Im such a sucker for a single dad and age gap romance. From a firrreee playlist to another freakin cute cover, you will want to run now to pick up Wrangled Love. This was Ann's first cowboy romance and I cannot wait for the rest of them!!
Can you imagine living your regular day to day life and getting a call that you have a 5 year old son and you need to come and get him because his mom has passed?! What a whirlwind...but Jensen like the amazing man he is handled everything with such grace and maturity.
Caleb instantly melted my heart and honestly Ann could not have written a more sweet little boy, while still maintaining the reality of grief and life after death for a child.
Jensen & Briar's story was so incredibly beautiful. Jensen did for Briar what every woman wants; he saw her, heard her and loved her. And Briar gave Jensen one of the most beautiful things someone can give to a single parent; unconditional love for their child.
I absolutely sobbed when Caleb spoke his first words as well as reading the letter Amelia left for Jensen.
Now can we talk about that ferris wheel scene cause DAMNNNN! 🥵
Thank you so much @authoranneinerson for once again trusting me to ARC read another one of your babies!

i loved the little things in this book. like briar's rubber duck collection and the animal heists and caleb playing with farm animals. i think that's what made this book so freaking adorable and i can't get over those bits.
i want to give caleb the biggest hug because he's only five and he's already had it rough. but he's so strong and i could feel that he was so at peace in silver saddle ranch. he was quickly welcomed by everyone and honestly him and ziggy were the stars of the show for me. he loves every single animal he meets.
jensen took on the role of being a dad IMMEDIATELY after finding out caleb was his son. he did not want that little boy to suffer more than he already has. jensen was terrified, but he was so patient with caleb and he's done an amazing job in this book. briar is the perfect girl for him. she sort of just knew how to get caleb out of his shell and took on the role of his nanny with almost no hesitation. every interaction she had with caleb was heartwarming. and briar and jensen together were mature, despite their age gap. they communicated and decided together how to best proceed with their relationship while putting caleb first.

Welcome to Bluebell, Montana!
Ann always writes the cutest romance books with the hottest couples and friendliest neighbors… and Wrangled Love is no different! Jensen, Caleb, and Briar have the sweetest story and I was rooting for them from the start. There was tension, humor, the cutest farm animals, and just enough spice to keep you wanting more.
Jensen, or Urban Cowboy, is a small town man turn city-slicker who finds out he has a 5-year old son when the boy’s mother passes away. Caleb has had a rough few months and Jensen takes his role of being a father seriously and does everything he can to make sure Caleb is safe and happy. When they decide to head back to Jensen’s hometown for the summer, they never expected to fall hard and fast for Jensen’s best friend’s little sister, Briar.
Briar is a steadfast, hardworking, kind woman who slowly became one of my favorite FMC’s! She is strong and confident in herself and she has the biggest heart of gold in this small town. When her older brother, Heath, springs on her that Jensen and his newfound son are coming back to Bluebell for the summer and need a place to stay, Briar agrees to let them stay in her cabin.
Briar and Jensen have an immediate connection when they meet again after 15 years and the tension is high! They both know Jensen and Caleb being on the ranch isn’t permanent, so they decide to have a fling, just for the summer… When things kick off, these two cannot keep their hands to themselves and it had me kicking my feet to see them both finally go for it! Their relationship bloomed so quickly, but it was like seeing old friends finally take the plunge. Their love for each other was unwavering and the way they both always put Caleb first was so heartwarmingly sweet, I was giddy to see what they would do together next. I love love loved the plot focusing on Jensen and Caleb’s newfound family, and getting to see Caleb slowly come out of his shell and be the kid he’s supposed to be was so pure and good!
I absolutely adored this book and the all the characters (including the side characters) and hope that everyone else enjoys them as much as I did! If you enjoy a good (age gap) single dad x nanny romance with small town vibes, Wrangled Love is definitely worth a read.

Review
This was a very cute small town book about Jenson, a billionaire who suddenly finds out his one night stand from 6 years ago has passed away and left custody to a son he never knew he had. Caleb hasn’t spoken since his mother passed, so Jensen decides to move back to his country hometown for the summer, hoping to get Caleb adjusted to his new life a little easier. Jensen hasn’t stepped foot in Bluebell, Montana since he left to pursue his dreams in New York 14 years ago. Jensen and Caleb need a place to stay and end up moving in with Jensen’s best friend’s little sister, Briar. Jensen needs a nanny, and Briar is exactly the right woman for the job, being that Caleb was immediately comfortable around her. Jensen and Briar are immediately attracted and decide that they will give into their pull for each other “just for the summer”. But after living together, enjoying evenings outside drinking cocoa, sharing deep conversations on the porch swing, ice cream dates, and working on the ranch together, “just for the summer” no longer seems like enough. If you’re looking for a feel good, small town romance with some tear jerker moments, then this is definitely the book to pick up.
