Billionaire turned urban cowboy. Single dad small town romance.
When a billionaire finds out he has a five year old that is dealing with trauma after a heartbreaking tragedy. He immediately drops everything gets on his jet and on the flight there starts researching how to take care of a grieving child AND takes a crash course in child development.
He then decides to take him back to his small hometown Bluebell to live on his best friend’s ranch for the summer. Even though he escaped that life because of his own childhood trauma and hasn’t been back in years. He finds comfort in being back with his found family The Halstead’s
He then ends up sharing a cottage with his best friend’s little sister Briar because there’s no cabins left and it’s too loud and busy in the main house. Briar than agrees to help out be his five years old son’s nanny.
They are living on a farm so of course there’s animals. A fainting goat, a pet cow, horses and of course a chicken heist.
A deeply emotional story with moments of light, levity, and laughter (the animal rescues with Briars friends never failed to make me laugh). Caleb was the sweetest little boy and watching him form a bond with his dad Jensen and Briar definitely had me shedding a tear or two. They were both so patient with how Caleb dealt with his grief, so well written.
The found family in this was everything, I am already obsessed with the Halstead family. I can’t wait to return back to Bluebell and Silver Saddle Ranch and see what Briar’s brothers and her friends get up to!
Received as an ARC.
Well, well, well. Wrangled Love by Ann Einerson has lassoed my heart and is now dragging it through the dusty trails of Bluebell, Montana. This book is a delightful cocktail of age gap tension, brother’s best friend shenanigans, and single dad swooniness, all served with a side of ranch life and a dash of emotional baggage.
Jensen Cole, a big city CEO, finds himself in a small town whirlwind after discovering he’s the father of a five year old son, Caleb. Enter Briar Hartford, the adopted daughter of the town’s principal, who steps in as the nanny and emotional anchor for this newly formed family. Their chemistry is undeniable, and the slow burn romance that unfolds is both heart-warming and steamy.
What sets this book apart is its focus on found family and healing. Both Jensen and Briar come from troubled pasts, and their journey toward trust and love is beautifully portrayed. The absence of a third act breakup is a refreshing change (thank God for that), replaced by honest communication and emotional growth.
The setting of Silver Saddle Ranch adds a cosy, rustic charm, and the supporting characters, especially the quirky townsfolk, bring depth and warmth to the story. The romance is sweet, spicy, and filled with moments that will make you swoon and tear up in equal measure.
In conclusion, Wrangled Love is a delightful read that combines emotional depth with swoon worthy romance. Four stars for Ann Einerson, who has crafted a story that tugs at the heartstrings and leaves you longing for more of Bluebell’s charm.

3.5 ⭐️ I walked into this book not knowing much other than the tropes. Single dad and nanny, age gap, cowboy romance etc. Wrangled love is a beautiful story about family both by blood and those that we choose. There is some spice but I would say it’s very tame and the overall storyline is not overshadowed by it in the slightest. I loved getting to watch our Urban cowboy and Caleb (his son) grow their trust and get closer to one another. Not gonna lie… that pilot HAD ME CRYING 🥰 and loved getting to watch Jensen and Briar build their family together and fall into a beautiful routine.

“Now that I have Caleb, I finally understand why the silence in my penthouse used to echo so loudly.” - Jensen
From the second Jensen called Briar, “sugar,” I was captivated. I am undone for this book. The way Jensen handles finding out he’s a father, to the sweetness of Caleb, to the way both Jensen and Caleb are drawn to Briar. This series is going to be a 6 star series, I can already tell.
I have totally been in my cowboy romance era lately, and Wrangled Love was one of the best I've read in a long time. The way grief is dealt with, and different ways if affects people being normalized was amazing. Ann definitely held that process with soft, caring hands, and having gone through grief myself, it was healing to read.
Jensen is FOR SURE one of the TOP cowboy book boyfriends!!!! I might need my husband to buy some Wranglers and wear his cowboy hat more often ;) Jensen's growing attraction and tension with Briar, while making sure Caleb remained his top priority was amazing to see, as well as Briar's growing attraction, but respecting Jensen's protection of Caleb.
But let me tell you, this book had some of THE BEST SIDE CHARACTERS!!!! Between the Halstead family, to Briar's HILARIOUS friends and their group text, to the animals that will steal your heart, Ann made sure to leave lasting moments in this book that will stay with readers for a longggg time!!
Like I said, after reading just the first book, I KNOW the Silver Saddle Ranch series will be a 6 star series, and I CANNOT WAIT for the rest of the books!!!!

Cute, no drama small town charm romance. A little bland, but sweet and funny. Some soft, emotional moments, especially with the MMC’s five year old son, Caleb, who will steal your heart.
Thank you to the author and to Luna Literary Management for this ARC in exchange for my honest feedback.

If you are looking for a good Cowboy Romance, I have to say the first book in the Silver Saddle Ranch series is a great read. Wrangled Love by Ann Einerson is the latest book that is now in my top Cowboy Romance book list. I couldn’t help but fall in love with these characters.
When Jensen is given custody of a son, he had no clue about how he could have been a huge jerk about it and to his son. But when he was told about Caleb after his mom died from cancer, he wondered if he was the right choice in getting him. He wanted to be the best for him and give him the best he could do. That meant he would have to go back to his hometown, which he thought he had left behind. Jensen’s childhood wasn’t the greatest, and once he could, he made sure to leave it in what he thought was all behind. But coming back, he had help from the family that took him in. Briair was the one to form a connection with Caleb and get him to open up. I feel like she was also able to make Jensen see that he can do this and be the best father for Caleb. I have to say, with all the sweetness this story has, there is a good amount of spice that will make you never think of a Ferris Wheel the same way again.
If you are looking for a book that will tug at your heartstrings and give you the feels, Wrangled Love is that book. This is getting four and a half stars and will be getting four chili peppers as well. And that spice will make you remember to save the horse and ride the cowboy.
Wrangled Love is out now and is part of Kindle Unlimited. So, if you are a member, this is included in your membership.
