boring. yawning. sloppy. lazy.
no but this had potential to expand on the school competition but they had to interrupt it with hanami, the villain nobody cares for, nobody asked for, nobody wanted to see :(
itadori's getting stronger though which is nice to see.

This manga is so well done but the world is sooooooo complex.

Copy and paste this to every volume here on out.

Okay, wow. Just...wow. This was such an awesome volume that I almost don't want to say much and spoil it, but I also want to gush about it! Ugh, I hate conundrums like these! I'll try to keep this short and relatively spoiler free, but I make no promises.

First and foremost, the showdown between the students and Hanami is so fucking dope. It highlights everyone's unique cursed technique, showing off how strong they are, but reminding them how much stronger their opponent is. Maki and Inukami were definitely the MVPs of the first match, reminding me why I love these two so damn much.

But then Todo and Itadori show up and HOLY SHIT, I LOVE THESE TWO AND THEIR FRIENDSHIP!! Seriously, these two are SO FUCKING AWESOME together and I LOVE how they support each other and push the other forward. Also, we got Todo backstory. I loved Todo backstory. I need MORE Todo backstory, thank you very much.

The ending has me a little concerned (okay, A LOT concerned) about what the ultimate outcome of the villains' mission was, but hoping that it's not as bad as I think it is? Maybe? Please??

P.S. The Kyoto principal's cursed technique is pretty dope and his whole get-up is hilarious and badass at the same time. Still a dick for wanting to kill Itadori, but I'll give credit where credit is due.
