Well Cecelia Ahern has done it again. 15 years I have waited for this book and I cried- I’m so glad part of Gerry was present, he is the reason we all fell in love in the first place. This isn’t entirely what I had expected but it is honestly another beautiful read by Cecelia Ahern. I love the new characters we meet in this book, I love that we revisit some of our favourites.
I have loved this book, PS I Love You is still the most beautiful book I’ve ever read. I am curious whether we will get a third instalment to see how things play out for Holly.

PS, I love you was the first book I ever read by Cecilia Ahern. I loved the book. I finally got my hands on her second book to this series PostScript and I couldn't put it down. I literally read this in two days (I was supposed to have it for my flight back home to the states...oops)

I loved how Holly has grown since she lost her husband Gerry seven years ago. She started dating a man named Gabriel and she is helping people terminal Ill leave something behind for their loved one.

If you liked PS, I love you you'll love PostScript.

I really enjoyed reading this book and the different perspective of death, palliative care and grief. Ginika’s story broke me! Very emotional book with tears and laughter. Brilliant sequel although this book could even be read without having read the first book.

Favourite character: Ginika

Favourite quote: “My journey isn’t dependent on anyone but myself. I am the author of my own destiny.”

Favourite paragraph: “Death is always with us, our constant companion, in partnership with life, watching us from the sidelines. While we are living, we are also dying; every second spent living is a second closer to the end of our days. The balance inevitably tips. Death is there at our fingertips all the time and we choose not to go to it and it chooses not to take us.
Death doesn't push us; death catches us when we fall.”

Favourite chapter: 13 and 33.

If you are a fan of P.S I Love You then Postscript is for you.

Postscript joins Holly 7 years after she received her letters from Gerry and what a beautiful journey she goes on with a group called the P.S I Love You Group. Just like the first there are moments that you'll smile and moment that's you'll cry.

I wasnt sure of this book at first but I am so glad I stuck with it. These 2 books are so close to my heart. Books that I will read over and over again.

I like how this book followed on from P.s I love you. There were times I found all the characters hard to follow but it kept me engaged and still made me fall in love with the characters

This is the sequel to PS I Love You... a book I devoured in grad school (I distinctly remember reading it while walking on the treadmill in our gym... and ultimately having to leave early because I started crying - yes, on the treadmill). Unfortunately, this wasn’t quite the same. It took me ages to get into it. However, it finished pretty strong.

Absolutely love love loved this! The PS I Love you story is one of my favorites and it was wonderful to revisit the characters once more. I loved that we get to see Holly happy but steal dealing with losing Gerry- she isn’t wallowing in her grief, but she has good and bad days and I think that’s incredibly realistic and a good representation of reality.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the ARC!

I was nervous about this one. Ps I Love You is Cecelia’s most iconic novel and to go back to that story was a risk. I eventually gave in and bought this when it came out and the NetGalley followed shortly after so whilst I’m reviewing it on here I also have a copy I purchased. There was a lot of hype surrounding this book with many bookstagrammers guaranteeing you would cry. Now I’m quite heartless when it comes to books and have never been moved to tears but I was very close with this one. However, it took a while for me to warm up to it. Holly tried to stay away from the Ps I Love You club helping people to say goodbye to their loved ones in the same way Gerry did but she quickly gets pulled in. Once the other characters stories and goodbyes began I was hooked and it felt like Cecelia was dealing gut punch after gut punch. The ending was brilliant and I’m really pleased this has been done well!
