Argh! The Darkseid War story was amazing! I powered through the 3 books today, because I had to know how it ends.

However I fell like the New 52 was cut short, as there was a promise of development. Maybe it goes into Rebirth, but I thought the idea of Rebirth was to scrape everything and start again.

I recommend reading the whole Justice League series, including Trinity War and Forever Evil. The art is amazing, the story is complex, they can be read as stand alone, but it's just better if you read them all.

Finally got around to completing this run of the New 52 version of Justice League. Overall I would rate the series a 4/5 stars.

Wow I just finished both parts of this story and I am exhausted! What a ride!! Great story with some surprises. Visually stunning at times too. The story leads into rebirth pretty nicely too.

What a complete waste of time! There were so many plot threads, I couldn't for the life of me figure out what was happening. The biggest disappointment was the character of Grail. The book plays her up like some super warrior, yet she only ever accomplishes things by using the powers of the males around her. After the awesomeness of Part 1, this book was such a disappointment.

wha.......

so this book takes place after Darkseid war and most of the league get the powers of the gods such as Batman who is the god of knowledge, Shazam became the god of gods, flash becomes the black racer, Superman becomes the god of strength after falling into the pits of Apokolips and Lex Luthor becomes the god of Apokolips. they even leave you with a really cool cliffhanger at the end.

overall good book

Концовка заставила меня себя почувствовать неловко из-за того, что я считал большинство сюжетов манги и аниме долбанутыми. Одни других вполне стоят.

Well, there is sort of an ending to this whole run in this issue. It must be my age, but it's frustrating that they sacrifice telling a narrative so the story makes sense so that they can tell a super-fast paced exciting story that doesn't stop. It's hard to connect to the characters and action because there is no time. For me it takes some of the fun out of it.

Still, there is enough of a bare story to at least be entertaining. There are resolutions to things and things unexplained. I thought the ending was a good enough ending. I thought this was supposed to be the end of this series and then they leave us in a cliff hanger. Really? I found out there is a little half volume after this, so I have to hunt that down.

This is Geoff Johns and I kind of expect more from him. I don't feel like he lets the reader down like DC tends to do. He knows his characters. But, I felt this was a little muddled. He is probably exhausted from writing most of the good stuff from this DC 52 run. Oh well, I hope it's better in the future.

What an absolute pile of shit

guess it's an apt end to the horrendous new 52 run of Justice league .

I mean what the hell happened in this ? Batman spend the whole saga literally sitting on his ass. Superman spent his time fighting his fellow JL member , Wonder woman kept on narrating , Flash was just STANDING* , Green Lantern and others were just There I guess the 3 stars are simply for the superb art and the few stunning revelation , but make no mistake this was a piece of garbage

* Yep the fastest man on the comic-verse standing still on his spot
